This professional pathway turns leaders and facilitators into Certified Transformation & Integration Leaders (CCTIL) — equipping you with frameworks, data tools, and practices to guide transformation that renews rather than depletes.
What It Is
A six- to nine-month custom-built hybrid certification built on the Human Quotient™ and Organizational Energy™ frameworks. You’ll master the human dynamics of change and learn how to sustain transformation through integration, reflection, and wisdom.
