Courtney founded These Wild Humans around a simple but costly observation: most organizations don’t have a strategy problem. They have a trust and accountability problem that strategy keeps trying to solve.

She brings twenty-five years of behavioral analysis, motivational depth, and an innate ability to read a leader — in a single conversation — and see not just who they are, but where they belong, how they lead best, and how the team around them can rise to meet that. It is pattern recognition built from the inside out, refined across some of the world’s most demanding organizations: Kraft Heinz, Mars, Amazon, Google, Shopify, Chobani, and the Authors Guild, among others.

Her work helps leaders and teams close the gap that costs the most — not with a new process, but with real clarity about who they are, how they lead, and what they are actually building together. Courtney is Certified Practitioner of the Leadership Circle, an Accredited Enneagram Practitioner Level 1 & 2 for IEQ9, and a Professional Certified Coach and Master Coach candidate via ICF.

DAVID FIRTH – Principal Consultant

David has spent over twenty years helping global organizations do the thing that sounds simple and rarely is — get their leaders to communicate in ways that create genuine accountability rather than the performance of it.

He works with VP, C-Suite, and high-potential leaders inside some of the world’s most recognized companies. What stays with them isn’t the framework. It’s the moment they understand the difference between talking about change and becoming responsible for it.

He has led sizable teams and successfully launched divisions in various countries, including Canada, the US, Europe, and Australia. Peter cares for our clients in the US and Canada.

Claudio brings a global perspective and leads with authenticity and care. For more than 20 years, Claudio has coached and advised executives in across Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and global organizations expand their impact. His international journey — from Brazil to Japan to Europe to the U.S. — has shaped his unique approach to leadership in multicultural and high-stakes environments. Clients include Georgetown University, med tech and high tech corporations, and Nobel Prize Laureates. Claudio is Leadership Circle Certified Practitioner.

Ann deeply understands the corporate space and the technology sector, and how great communication shapes a team. Sharing more than 25 years of expertise, Ann is a Global Communications Leader with who develops and delivers customer-driven solutions that fuel exceptional business results for consumer-facing start-ups to Fortune 10 companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Cisco. For These Wild Humans, Ann works on Strategy, Business Development, and Customer / Stakeholder Service.

Yuliya has a depth of experience with the IEQ9 that is unparalleled on our team. A respected facilitator, instructor, Senior Organizational Development Consultant and Executive Coach, Yuliya brings more than 20 years of experience, serving as a consultant and coach and also a certification trainer for IEQ9. Yuliya brings a rich and detail-focused approach to her teaching and coaching style and is a cornerstone of the Enneagram work done by the These Wild Humans team. She cares for our clients in Asia, Eastern Europe, and the South Pacific.

Matt guides overwhelmed business professionals in conquering stress and anxiety to achieve inner peace and become more effective leaders. He leverages his own experience from the corporate world and more than 25 years of coaching and leadership to help others manage overwhelming anxiety and panic for more success as business leaders. Matt helps leaders with strategies to overcome stress, leading to tremendous positive changes in their personal and professional lives. Matt is an IEQ9 certified coach.

Nailah is a lifelong optimist, who has always recognized and nurtured the potential in those around her. Fueled by her commitment to inspiring individual change, Nailah empowers our clients to navigate difficult leadership and career challenges, turn setbacks into successes and achieve the professional fulfillment and personal growth they aspire to. Nailah brings background teaching leadership at Columbia Business School and as a Career Coach at Emory University. Nailah is a Certified Practioner of the Leadership Circle.

Kaysen is a community driven leader and a focused project manager and executive support staff. Kaysen supports the team with project management for key initatives and in-person team facilitation, delivering tangible project plans and materials for sessions ranging from 8 people teams to groups of between 35  and several hundred. Kaysen is a student of the Enneagram / IEQ9.
