What you receive: A 2–3 day advanced retreat for leaders who have completed Foundations and are ready to go further. You choose your focus: deepening a specific Gift, shadow and integration work, physical mastery tied to the location, or the Contribution Track. At this level the work turns toward your overdone strengths — the behaviors most likely to misfire under pressure — and the relational field where psychological safety is either built or quietly dismantled. Return as many times as you’d like. Each round deepens what came before.
Add-ons: IEQ9 Professional Enneagram Assessment (if not completed at Foundations), Pre-reading curated to the specific Gift you are mastering, 1:1 Coaching Sessions with a TWH facilitator in advance of the retreat
