Courtney Feider, BS CMT PCC has over 25 years of experience in corporate business focused in the areas of leadership development, organizational strategy, behavioral development, and business communications/marketing.  As a senior leader, she has worked with businesses ranging in size from Fortune 500/Enterprise to small-to-medium-sized corporations and start-ups.  Courtney is a member of and accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation).

Courtney is passionate about helping time-poor leaders resume control of their time + energy, resetting systems, and learning to love change. She has specialized training in emotional intelligence and behavioral science, neuroscience, executive presence, as well as trauma and grief.  As a certified professional coach (PCC) with these specialties, she belongs to a very small group, numbering only about 500 coaches globally.  Courtney is one of the early coaches who has embraced working with leaders and their intact teams, helping them discover how to design leadership, offer behavioral depth and growth, and change HR + Culture strategically to support an organization from the top down.

Courtney works as a coach for members of the C-Suite, Executive Vice Presidents, Executive Leadership Teams, and Director-Level executives with high potential.  She has a special acumen with emerging leaders on a path of accelerated growth.  Courtney focuses on understanding an individual’s place on the spectrum of leadership development and offers guidance and support as they navigate expanding leadership, expanding emotional intelligence, and advancing their ability to communicate with other executives and teams.  She also helps with their growth as managers and their mentoring conversations with members of their teams.

Courtney has worked extensively with professionals in the food & beverage, technology, finance, aerospace, and healthcare industries. She has worked with executives and teams from Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Google, Amazon, Shopify, Kraft-Heinz, Mars, Inc., Chobani, and TransDigm, and MBA programs like Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, Marshall School of Business at University of Southern California, and Rotman School of Business at University of Toronto.
