A Pulse on What’s Actually Happening — Before It Becomes a Problem

The health of your organization shows up in the small signals long before it shows up in the data.

What you receive: A focused quarterly touchpoint with Courtney or another key senior advisor who fits your needs, structured around emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and team trust. The goal is to surface what’s shifting beneath the surface before it costs you. Includes a short-form EQ and safety pulse assessment, facilitated debrief with your leader or team, and a prioritized action summary with specific next steps. Designed to keep hard-won progress from quietly eroding between bigger engagements.

Add-ons: IEQ9 follow-up session, 1:1 coaching session for the team leader or other key executives, team sessions or stakeholder interviews depending on what is surfaced, mid-quarter micro-check if a specific moment warrants it.

Timeline: One session per quarter, with the leader or team – typically 90 minutes. Pulse assessment completed async in advance. Debrief scheduled at your cadence – beginning, middle, or end of quarter.

What you receive: A dedicated quarterly advisory session with Courtney or another Senior Advisor who fits your needs,  structured around what’s live, what’s coming, and what’s getting in the way. You bring your current reality: the decisions in motion, the dynamics at play, the places where clarity has gone soft. You leave with strategic perspective, honest reflection, and a clear point of view on what needs to move.

Add-ons: 1:1 Coaching for key executives, additional stakeholder or team assessment or debrief if the advisory surfaces work that needs to go wider

Timeline: One 90-minute session per quarter. Optional pre-work takes 20–30 minutes. Available in-person or virtually.

What you receive:  Individual coaching sessions designed to extend and embed the work begun in a TWH workshop, retreat, or assessment. Each session picks up where the last experience left off — connecting what you learned about your wiring, your patterns, and your leadership to what’s actually happening in your life and work right now. Structured around your real challenges, not a generic coaching model. Available as a single session, a defined series, or an ongoing engagement.

Add-ons: IEQ9 re-check and debrief coaching — useful after 12–18 months to measure growth, Leadership Circle 360, IEQ9 Team Assessment, Stakeholder Trust Assessment

Timeline: Sessions are 60–90 minutes. Cadence is set based on your goals: weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Minimum engagement of 6 months recommended to build continuity and traction.

What you receive: An ongoing embedded partnership — TWH in your corner through implementation, growth, and whatever comes next. Includes a defined monthly engagement structure: advisory sessions, team touchpoints, leader coaching, real-time support for emerging challenges, and periodic facilitation as needed. We stay close enough to know what’s actually happening — and far enough outside it to tell you what you can’t see from the inside. Built around your organization’s rhythm, not a fixed package.

Add-ons: Quarterly EQ Safety Check — embedded as part of the retainer cadence:  Quarterly Advisor Check, Annual full-organization assessment recheck / leadership check by individual, TWH Keystone Report and TWH Next Steps report, Custom workshop or facilitation for key moments:  offsites, transitions, integrations (embedded with travel / expenses added), Executive team coaching alongside individual leader support.

Timeline: Minimum 6-month engagement. Scoped in consultation based on organizational size, complexity, and goals. Most retainer clients engage on an ongoing annual basis.
