In 2020, as the world grappled with unprecedented challenges, I embarked on a journey that would soon become These Wild Humans . I saw the fear, the disconnection, and the overwhelming sense of helplessness that crept in as time passed.

I wasn’t just an observer; I was part of this risk group. I felt the sadness, the anxiety, and the need for something more profound. These emotions fueled the creation of These Wild Humans , leading to versions 1, 2, and 3, beautiful e-books, and a comprehensive curriculum based on years of spiritual and behavioral insights.

Fast forward to March 2023, I believed I was ready to launch. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The test group’s feedback was a wake-up call.

They didn’t resonate with the format; they found it daunting, and it felt like “too much on top of too much.”

I had to confront myself. What did I want versus what my audience needed? A hard look revealed my own exhaustion, self-doubt, and the need for something more extensive than one-on-one work.

Then, a serendipitous conversation with an old friend on a mental health leave changed everything. She needed to come home to herself, to nurture herself, and to find guidance.

This led to a complete reset. I revamped the content into audios, made learning optional, and centered it around the ancient wisdom of the Enneagram. The result?
